The Founders
Amber Tide Kitchen was created by Tim Lord and Amber Burley, inspired by Cornwall’s coastal lifestyle and a shared love of fresh, vibrant food. Together they set out to create something simple but special — colourful Buddha bowls, fresh Poké bowls and feel-good food served with relaxed beachside energy.
